Consider the following questions:
-
Do you experience flashes of memory loss?

Do you sometimes get that ‘BLANK’ feeling when you just cannot
fathom out what you should do next?

Are you are becoming increasingly irritable, losing your temper
easily?

Do you
feel mentally and physically exhausted at the end of the day
but still cannot get a good night’s sleep?

Do you wake up feeling tired even after remaining in bed for
6 to seven hours?
-
Are your eyes starting to have dark circles around them?
-
Do you tend to forget meal times and even if you remember them,
eat at the most insensible times?
-
Instead of eating square meals do you find you are sustaining
yourself on caffeine and nicotine?

Do you find yourself working very hard but unable to accomplish
all that you want
If

could be the next victim of burnout! You
have got to do something about it or you are going to ruin your
health.
Stress
can manifest itself in diseases like hypertension (high blood pressure),
ulcers and even a mental break down.
The
underlying principle of this argument is that time management is
not about doing your job well. It is about living your life well.
You
should have time for everything.
And
everything means work, play, enjoyment, chilling out and just time
to sit and contemplate - because that is when the most creative
ideas are born.
